Amazingly warm, and fits well

"I bought one of these last winter, and aside from my shearling trapper hat, this is easily the warmest thing I've ever put on my head. If you're being compared to shearling, you're pretty darned warm! It's no joke, this is a very warm hat. And it fits well, snug but not too tight. Keeps its shape and snugness well (worn it regularly in colder weather here in Montana for a year). Very happy with this hat, and should mention very happy with their customer service as well. I put the first hat I ordered into the washing machine on the "hand wash" setting, and unfortunately the at came out with a small hole. The washing instructions clearly say "hand wash". . . it does not say "hand wash OR machine wash on delicate setting", the instructions might even say do NOT machine wash. Anyways, it was clearly my fault and I was willing to accept that but when I emailed them about it they went ahead and sent me a replacement hat. Hassle-free, responsive, and friendly. Worth writing a positive one-year review. I'd be so much colder without this hat, seriously, it surprised me how warm it is."

Hi there, Gabriel! Unlike our layers, we don't measure our hats out by GSM, but the composition itself is 100% Merino.
