"I have a few Vapor Tanks and love them. I wear them winter and summer. On hot days they're temp-regulating while temps climb. In winter they're my first layer and warm my core. They're invigorating on my skin and have gotten me through tough patches when camping and hiking during abrupt weather changes--glad I was wearing them then. They're also soft. I put Vapor tank and hoodie on when ill with fevers that chilled me thoroughly. This was the gear that finally stopped me shivering. Also--oddly comforted when I wear Vapor or Powder D. W. , specifically. Why, I don't know. Thanks Duckworth"

Q&A

Why..why are you useing skin irritating polyester? There are so many fabrics to use and your using chemicals? Why?
Hi Ali! We use polyester in some of our fabric collections for a few reasons. One of the major reasons we use Repreve polyester is the hydrophilic properties it has, and the system it creates when blended with wool to aid in moisture control. Great question!
Why has Duckworth shifted from using Repreve to using American polyester, which I assume is virgin polyester?
Hi there, great question. We actually never stopped using Repreve! We thought our customers might be more interested in the point of origin of the fiber vs. the brand, but we're very excited to know our customers pay attention to the details of renewable fibers :)
I’m 5.2 /how does this tank run? Small/big? I don’t like it real tight..help?
I would say that it runs true to size with it being slightly looser so that it is not super tight, next-to-skin.
Is the midnight color black or navy blue? I can’t tell from the picture.

Will this fabric irritate my skin if I'm allergic to wool?
Hi there! I am not totally sure on that if you are allergic. I think that it is definitely worth trying out because we use the finest micron graded wool for the Vapor products because we know it will be worn next to skin. This means it is not itchy or irritating!
